Unframed prints are hand rolled in craft paper and shipped in a ridged postal tube. We aim to send art prints within 7 days of purchase. Your artwork will be insured, tracked and delivered within 3 days of postage, Please be aware overseas postage can take considerably longer and might requires taxes to be paid before being released.

DELIVERY FOR ART PRINT ‘WITH FRAME’ within the UK
Your picture frame will be purposefully wrapped to ensure its protection and will be delivered by an art courier delivery service where possible. You will be contacted in order to arrange a delivery date, if item is small we will use a postal company.

if frame has plastic glazing this will be safer to post than glass, most postal companies will not insure framed artwork with glass, art couriers are okay with glass.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return your item by informing us within 14 days of receiving the item, by phone, email or website messaging by viewing our contact page and following the links.

We will appreciate the time to resolve any potential issues and to guide you through the return process. We will supply you with postal service options from which you could choose and provide a return delivery address.
We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price). Shipping costs are non​refundable.

RETURN OF ART PRINTS
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, making sure to post it back in its protective wrapping and re-seal any openings. . Attach our return address along with the courier labels (if applicable). We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (back to us) and insurance on the item.
Returns will not be accepted for items delivered outside of the EU.
RETURN OF ART PRINTS WITH FRAMES AND SCULPTURES
Please return your item in its original packaging making sure that it is safe and secure. Attach our return address along with the courier labels (if applicable).

RETURN FOR CUSTOM FRAMES
Returns are not accepted for custom frames. We will endeavour to correct any imperfections, and in some cases apply partial refunds.
